Winli Slot Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

Welcome to Winli Slot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "you") and Winli Slot ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at winlislot.com, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the Winli Slot platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or continue to use the Winli Slot platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and Winli Slot. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence.

To register and maintain an account at Winli Slot, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Winli Slot does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts belonging to persons under 18 will be permanently closed with any balance subject to forfeiture.
• Location: You must be physically located in Pakistan at the time of registering and using the Winli Slot platform. Use of VPN, proxy or other location-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent are not eligible to hold a Winli Slot account.
• One account only: Each individual may register one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances subject to review.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Winli Slot reserves the right to verify registration information through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures at any stage.

Your Winli Slot account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the Winli Slot platform:

• Password security: You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. Winli Slot staff will never ask for your password.
• Account sharing: You may not allow any other person to access or use your Winli Slot account. Any activity conducted through your account — even by a third party — is your responsibility.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. Winli Slot will attempt to contact you before taking any action. A monthly administration fee of Rs 200 may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month period. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
• Account closure by member: You may request the closure of your Winli Slot account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
• Account closure by Winli Slot: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, pending investigation. Where closure results from verified misconduct, balances may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the Winli Slot platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Winli Slot does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PKR.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Maximum single deposit: Rs 500,000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP members.
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• Winli Slot does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Winli Slot bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 24 hours. VIP Platinum members: within 10 minutes. VIP Elite members: effectively instant processing.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Verification documents required include a copy of your valid CNIC and a recent selfie for identity confirmation.
• Winli Slot reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawals where there are indications of unusual activity. This is in the interest of both the platform and the member and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money balance through completing the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

Winli Slot offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonus: New members are eligible for a 150% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000 in bonus funds. This bonus is issued automatically upon qualifying deposit and is not available to members who have previously held a Winli Slot account.
• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a 25x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. This means you must wager the combined value of your deposit and bonus 25 times before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real PKR.
• Game contributions: Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots: 100%. Teen Patti, Andar Bahar: 80%. PSL and sports betting: 50%. Live Casino table games: 20%. Poker: 10%.
• Expiry: All bonuses and any associated wagering progress expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated pending requirements are cancelled.
• Bonus abuse: Winli Slot monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposite bets to guarantee outcomes regardless of game result, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be suspended.
• Right to modify or withdraw: Winli Slot reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.

All games available on the Winli Slot platform — including Teen Patti, Poker, Andar Bahar, PSL Betting, slots, live casino and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed clearly before a wager is placed. Winli Slot reserves the right to alter these limits at any time, including during active sessions, where required by operational or risk management considerations.
• Game outcomes: The outcome of all software-based games at Winli Slot is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are not influenced by any factor outside the game's defined mathematical parameters. Winli Slot does not manipulate game results.
• Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game session, Winli Slot's system will attempt to complete the round according to the game rules in effect at the time of disconnection. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be returned to your balance. Winli Slot is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Voided bets: In the event of a technical error, software fault or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price, odds or game state being displayed, Winli Slot reserves the right to void any affected bets. Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to your balance.
• PSL and sports betting: All sports betting markets on Winli Slot are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the PSL Betting section. Match outcomes are determined based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are available on qualifying matches and close at different points during the event as specified per market.

The Winli Slot VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite) available automatically to all registered members. The following terms apply to VIP Club membership and benefits:

• Point earning: Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 wagered on any Winli Slot game. All game categories contribute to point totals.
• Tier assessment: Tier status is determined by your rolling 90-day loyalty point total. Tiers are reviewed and updated each Monday. Tier downgrades apply where your 90-day point total falls below the threshold for your current tier.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the previous calendar week and credited to your balance each Monday at the applicable tier rate. Cashback is paid as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement. There is no minimum net loss threshold required to trigger a cashback payment.
• Personal account manager: Gold, Platinum and Elite tier members are assigned a personal account manager. The manager's contact details are provided via email upon tier qualification. Winli Slot reserves the right to reassign account managers in accordance with business requirements.
• Programme changes: Winli Slot reserves the right to modify the structure, tier thresholds, benefit values or terms of the VIP Club at any time. Where changes reduce existing member benefits, reasonable notice will be given. Where changes are introduced mid-tier cycle, members' tier status at the time of change will be respected for the remainder of the current 90-day window.

Winli Slot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered members and can be accessed at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases in limits take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour reflection period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds for daily, weekly or monthly periods. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the reset period begins.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations. An alert is displayed when your session approaches the limit, and the session is ended upon reaching it.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off period your account remains open but gameplay and deposits are suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Winli Slot platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted in writing to support@winlislot.com and are processed within 24 hours.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that Winli Slot has provided the above responsible gaming tools and that you accept personal responsibility for how you use the platform. Winli Slot will not be held liable for losses sustained by any member who refuses to use available responsible gaming tools.

Winli Slot maintains a fair environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud Winli Slot or other members through chargebacks, false identity claims, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or any other fraudulent means.
• Collusion: In poker and other multi-player games, coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage over other participants — including sharing hole cards, chip dumping or predetermined outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to place bets, make decisions or interact with the Winli Slot platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, or exploiting pricing errors in Winli Slot's sports betting markets.
• Malicious activity: Attempting to interfere with, hack, overload or otherwise damage the Winli Slot platform's technical infrastructure, data systems or user accounts.
• Offensive conduct: Any abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory language or behaviour directed at Winli Slot staff, other members or any third party in connection with your use of the platform.

Your personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with Winli Slot's Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with the platform. The key points are summarised here:

• Winli Slot's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net real-money balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises.
• Winli Slot is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses — including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any losses arising from decisions made in reliance on game data, scores or odds displayed on the platform.
• Winli Slot is not responsible for losses attributable to interruptions or failures in third-party services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, internet service providers or telecommunications networks — even where those services are used to access or transact on the Winli Slot platform.

Disputes: If you believe a game outcome, withdrawal, bonus calculation or any other element of your Winli Slot account has been handled incorrectly, contact support at support@winlislot.com within 30 days of the event. We aim to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. Disputes submitted more than 30 days after the relevant event may not be eligible for review.

Winli Slot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments materially affect your rights as a member, we will notify you by email to the address registered on your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

By continuing to use the Winli Slot platform after any amended Terms have taken effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should contact support to close your account before the amendment date.

The version of the Terms currently in effect is the version dated 1 June 2025 and published at winlislot.com/terms-conditions. All previous versions are superseded by the current version.
